Modboxx considers our ability to manufacture modular space belonging to any industry the foundation of our business plan. The list of possible industries is endless. However, in an attempt to sketch our box placement in the market, we have identified areas that have a recurring need.
First, the Oil and Gas industry is in need of updated boxes with increased functionality for similar pricing. This industry is enormous in both size and scope. While many factors influence domestic oil and gas production, this industry is very cyclical in nature. There is no doubt that the U.S. will continue domestic oil and gas production as other forms of renewable energy are explored and developed.
This leads to the next industry focus being with Renewable Energy. As this market continues to grow, there are many needs in the wind and geothermal site applications to be developed. Our boxes can be tailored to meet the demanding needs of each unique site application to ensure best possible function and comfort.
Next, the Construction industry offers many applications for improved modular space. Whether your company seeks a multi-unit office/board room on-site facility, or just improved security, we have many ideas to help your next commercial site run smoother. Our boxes offer innovation and creativity to ensure that the temporary facility we provide is not on your daily “punch list” of things needing to be addressed.
Fourth, the Education industry addresses the need for temporary classrooms and bathroom facilities for areas with increased growth or new construction. Some of these projects last more than a year and can have unique challenges. Our ability to creatively develop a box that will meet these challenges places us on your “Dean’s list!”
Next, our team works to develop the Government sector and all of the demanding needs and applications on a Local, State and Federal level of government. We are registered as a vendor with GSA (General Services Administration) and registered with CCR (Central Contractor Registration) and ORCA (Online Representation and Certification Application) and constantly seek government bids on projects requiring modular housing. Some very unique applications have been discussed and are being pursued.
Finally, Special Projects has led us down the road to creating security boxes, in plant office boxes, or any special design. We currently have a couple of creative projects we are working on with design and pricing to ensure that our client’s needs are addressed. This is where the sky is the limit!
